Installation Process and Efficiency Advantages of Assembled Indoor Sports Wood Flooring

The installation process of assembled indoor sports wood flooring is far simpler and more efficient than that of traditional fixed sports flooring systems, completely subverting the long construction cycle that once plagued indoor sports venues. The entire installation process does not require any professional large-scale machinery, nor does it involve toxic adhesives or wet construction procedures that generate a large amount of dust. Construction personnel only need to level the original ground first, remove sharp protrusions and accumulated dust, and then lay a thin layer of moisture-proof isolation film to complete the basic preparation work. After that, workers can start splicing the modular units from one corner of the venue, aligning the interlocking notches of adjacent modules and gently tapping them with a rubber hammer to make the connection tight and stable. A standard basketball court covering an area of more than 400 square meters can be fully installed by a team of 4 to 5 workers in less than 8 hours, a speed that traditional fixed flooring systems cannot match even with a construction period of several days. More importantly, the installation process will not generate any harmful volatile substances, and the venue can be put into use immediately after the installation is completed, without the need for a long ventilation and curing period. This high-efficiency installation feature makes it particularly suitable for temporary events that require rapid venue transformation, such as urban sports festivals, inter-college invitational tournaments, and large-scale public welfare sports activities that need to be completed within a very short preparation window.
