Before the installation team even enters the venue, NB’s professional engineers will carry out a full survey of the original concrete ground. Using high-precision levels, they measure the flatness of the entire ground, requiring that the error under a 2-meter straight edge cannot exceed 3 millimeters. If the original ground does not meet this standard, they will first apply self-leveling cement to make the base perfectly flat, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of the basketball court wood flooring. The engineers will also measure the temperature and humidity at the site, and let all the flooring materials rest at the venue for 24 hours in advance. This allows the wood to fully adapt to the local environment, preventing stress deformation after installation.
